THIS ONE'S BETTER

Waking up in an All Soul’s day and having Purefood’s Chunkee corned beef for breakfast would have been better if it was Purefood’s Premium Pure Beef corned beef. Yes, this one’s better. You cannot evade from its meaty pure beef taste where the beef meat strands do not stick together that much. Well, the taste goes with the price anyway.

 

 However, if you don’t want to go with these pricy canned goods, you should try Holiday Corned beef as well. This one’s wayyy better than all other ordinary and regular corned beef canned goods. It tastes different, sarap na ninanamnam talaga. And there’s more to this, it’s cheap, probably one of the cheapest corned beef goods in store, a cheap price that doesn’t go away with quality.

I woke up at the dawn of April28, rushed to the terminal when I was all geared up, they're all waiting for my lazy butt :D. Then we went on board the 3rd trip to Davao City. We had to be in Davao by 8am, the registration started on April27 and we’re obviously the tardy birds. We arrived just in time (in Grand Regal Hotel) before the conference started. Sir Bing and I rushed to the poster stands where we had to hang our posters. The conference wasn’t boring as one would expect it to be. I have learned vital information that I can really use in my research classes, terms like “publishability” and “gray literature” are “brawny” words that are truly evocative to researchers. After the first sessions was the cutting of the ribbon for the opening of poster presentation. Then commenced the poster scrutiny, we stood beside our posts, we did some explanations, lucky to have had a picture with the CHED-R12 director, Madam Paderanga, and went on to the next part of the gathering.

K’laja-Conel, General Santos City

                         We are supposed to assemble at 5’am at dawn of October 09, 2010. The MOTARG-Criminology Interns were the early birds. Many were already there before I came. I arrived at 5:40 am, everyone was there. The trucks that were supposed to bring us to Conel did not show up and so, the JESS volunteers arranged jeepney rides for everyone. At exactly 7:17 am, we left RMMC and three jeepneys conquered the highway to Conel, along with the crim-intern riders.             We were assembled at a covered court in Brgy. Conel. There, the turnover of coconut seedlings was done. After the ceremony, we were instructed about where the coco-seedlings will be planted. After a few instructions, we went out the covered area and took our brunch, getting ready to conquer the long awaited trail hike. We rode on three trucks(2 Brgy.Olympog’s, Brgy. BALAKAYO, BRGY. OLYMPOG - ZIPLINE

I conquered the cables!    I am no thrill seeker, nor a coward. I just want to go through the look-and-feel of things. Today, I’ve just had yet another day of experiencing things that can only happen when you choose for it to happen. To some, zipline-ride may just be an easy-A experience, but to someone who has a body that is a s enormous as mine, you might find a hard time to decide. The day actually started with a DENTAL MISSION. The DM team was spearheaded by Ma’am Marichu Diendo. Only a few actually came, but the extension service wasn’t a bore, we had fun playing doctors. I read Chiclette’s blood pressure, after then, my colleagues fall in line, and I started taking their BPs and really had fun.       There were only 30 syringes, and so the dentist can only accommodate 30 patients, Ma’am Grace was in charge of enlisting patients.
